At this weekly event, participants spend the evening answering trivia and playing bingo with “bacon breaks” in between, of course. All ages are welcome to join in, but only participants 21 and up can purchase alcohol and claim prizes.

Zumba and Sangria
Start the weekend off on the right food with an intense 45-minute Zumba class at the San Antonio Botanical Garden. The class will be led by Natalie Reinertson and will include a mix of low-intensity and high-intensity moves. Afterwards, participants will get to enjoy refreshing sips and small bites from the San Antonio Botanical Garden’s in-house chef.

San Antonio businesses are working through changes brought on by the state s latest order to end masks and a Southtown mainstay is distancing itself from the ultimate mask burning party, but is defending the middle ground approach to policy.
Locals readied themselves for the change by building lists throughout the week. One side promoted establishments requiring masks, while another found spots where mask policy is left up to personal choice. SAN ANTONIO – A San Antonio tradition is seeing some big changes this year.
The annual Cowboys Breakfast has been the unofficial kickoff to the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo, but this year due to the COVID-19 pandemic organizers had to cook up something different.
“We had so many people wanting to help out. We had to pick a few to make this event happen,” said said Vice-chairman, Chuck Christian.
Typically, thousands of people would be lining up for the public breakfast in the parking lot of Cowboys Dancehall while watching the preparation. But for 2021, the preparation has moved and will not be open to the public.
