The fun has begun at the Head of the Lakes Fair in Superior, with all the rides, fried food, and animals to satisfy the craving. The Fair runs through Sunday, July 25 at the Fairgrounds at 4700 Tower Avenue in Superior. Gates open at 2:00 p.m. WDIO News will be broadcasting LIVE from the Fairgrounds during WDIO News at Five and Six on Thursday.
WDIO stopped at the Fair on Wednesday. Food stand employees, Evan Barbacori and Kara Holzscheiter told us there are a lot more rides, food and games this year. A lot more people are just excited to get out, been cooped up in the house for the last year.
