M.O.D.O.K. announcing a May 21 premiere date on the streaming service. The new teaser can be viewed in the player below!
In
Marvel’s M.O.D.O.K., the megalomaniacal supervillain M.O.D.O.K. (Patton Oswalt) has long pursued his dream of one day conquering the world. Marvel Comics “M.O.D.O.K.” is an adult-oriented television show that’ll be released on HULU. But it’s a superhero show, right? Why won’t it be released on Disney+? Because Disney+ isn’t aimed at adults, it’s made to be almost entirely kid-friendly, while HULU has the freedom to release programs for ALL ages. Also, fun fact: Disney owns Hulu.
A MODOK television series was announced last year, but only really given a fair go today, at its release date announcement. In the trailer below, you’ll see the effective madness that makes up the minds of the characters in this television show. This is just the latest in a line of “sneak peek” videos of this television show.
Patton Oswalt is literally a Mental Organism Designed Only for Killing in
M.O.D.O.K., a new Hulu series that takes the Marvel Comics villain to very silly places. The stop-motion animated series finds M.O.D.O.K. kicked out of his evil organization, dealing with a crumbling marriage, and having an all-around midlife crisis. Watch the
M.O.D.O.K. trailer below

I can tell you right now that I am completely unfamiliar with M.O.D.O.K. as a character. I think I maybe vaguely heard of the supervillain at some point, but beyond that, I am ignorant of all-things-M.O.D.O.K. So I don’t know how much this animated Hulu series has to do with the source material that inspired it, but gosh darn it, this looks fun.
