haven t seen before. and we should be clear with our viewers, this would be federal regulation. this is not your town zoning board. this is your bass pond in your backyard being designated a vernal pool and all the sudden federal bureau democrats in d.c. have jurisdiction over your backyard. you see this pattern with this administration they want to control more and more of our lives and more and more of our property. in this case they are actually violating the law. the law requires them to submit these regulations to an independent science advisory board. they have not done so. they have gotten ahead of the board. i don t know what their rush is unless they are trying to hide some information or unless they are worried that the independent advisory board won t agree with them. but they have gotten way ahead of themselves to enact a partisan agenda to control more of the individual americans lives. it really is unprecedented. quite frankly as chairman of the science committee i i
