ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has moved the Islamabad High Court against the Federal Investigation Agency’s summons issued to party leaders as the body probes Imran Khan’s X.

The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has summoned top PTI leaders, including Umar Ayub and Barrister Gohar Khan, to investigate Imran Khan's social media post on the 1971 breakup of Pakistan. The post allegedly incited public unrest and blamed General Yahya Khan for the tragedy.
