The City of Talisay Traffic Operations and Development Authority has reminded motorists not to drive when drunk, following the road accidents along N. Bacalso Avenue in Barangay Linao in Talisay City, that killed two people past 1 a.m. Monday.

The victim, 19-year-old Michelle Cañeda, was crossing N. Bacalso Ave. in Barangay Pardo when she was sideswiped by a Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) around 1:50 a.m.
