"Rain bands produced by Florita may affect the province. Moreover, the southwest monsoon enhanced by Florita can bring about moderate rains throughout the province," Guico said in a memorandum issued on Monday. He directed all Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (LDRRMC) and Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Committee (BDRRMC) chairpersons to activate all Emergency Operations
