Hoggle, the mother at this chick filet in germantown where she suddenly disappeared sunday evening. Police say she is a diagnosed paranoid schizophrenic. She is missing and so are her two little children. Police believe shes responsible. Her 2yearold son, jacob, went missing sunday afternoon. Catherine hobble was at her mothers house in gaithersburg and said she was going to take jacob out for a pizza. She was gone three hours. When she returned, no jacob and no pizza.
