A directory of 233 Tralee men who fought in World War I is now available in Kerry County Library.
It includes names, regiment numbers, addresses, date of death and place of burial or memorial stone where their names appear.
It is the culmination of years of research by John Sheehan from Tralee and Liam Nolan, Francis O Connor and Adrian Foley from the Royal Munster Fusiliers Association.

Kerry County Council has strongly defended the decision to cut down a large number of trees along the Dan Spring Road and said the choice to fell them was based on safety advice from several experts.
The council said it had no option but to remove the trees after it became apparent - based on two independent expert examinations - that they were storm damaged, in decline and posed a safety risk to the pedestrians and motorists on what is one of Tralee s busiest roads.
The decision to cut the trees has been met with widespread anger with many taking to social media to express their fury at the council s actions.
