The Destiny 2 community is going wild for a new website featuring Baby Fallen, despite its simple execution.
If you’ve been part of the Destiny community since the release of Season of the Splicer announcement, it’s been impossible to get away from the Baby Fallen (or Eliksni, their real name which will become relevant later). Heck, even if you don’t play Destiny, it’s likely you’ve gotten some residual splash.
In Season of the Splicer, players are entrusted to introduce a friendly faction of the Fallen into the Last City after their previous living situation became too dangerous. This faction includes our first look at the alien race s children. While the world of Destiny contends with the complicated political ramifications of that, in the outside world things look different.

As usual, there’s some hefty patch notes but before we get to them you may want to check out the adorable Baby Fallen plush. Don’t forget that on May 22nd the fan favourite Raid from Destiny 1, the Vault of Glass will return to the game as well.
Destiny 2’s upcoming Season of the Splicer, fans weren’t enamored by the Tron-inspired Vex network, the return of the Vault of Glass Raid, or The Last City getting plunged into eternal night. No, they were taken by a glimpse of baby Fallen affectionately referred to as “Smallen” by the community. Wasting no time, Bungie revealed official Baby Fallen Plushies made in partnership with Numskull Designs.
Measuring about 10 inches, the Baby Fallen Plush appears to feature glowing eyes, according to the product pictures. However, Bungie notes that development of the plushies is still in progress and details are subject to change. It’s unclear if the glowing eyes are simply glow in the dark or some other fancier light-up mechanic. The listing says that shipping ETA is expected before the end of 2021, but no release date or price have been given yet. Currently you can sign up for email updates on the Bungie Store to be notified when they go up for preorder.

There will be plenty of new activities and loot for players to engage with in Destiny 2 s Season of the Splicer, but the thing that has players more hyped than anything else for the new season is the possibility that they ll get to see baby Eliksni (more commonly referred to as Fallen) in-game. In the official trailer for Season of the Splicer, a Fallen from the House of Light (a group of Fallen allied with the Guardians) is shown carrying three baby Fallen, all of which are striking adorable poses with their stubby, short arms and tiny mandibles. This immediately overwhelmed many fans with a cuteness overload, prompting them to take to social media to gush about the precious little beans.
