To surprise my family with a lovely little valentine s day dinner, I started my Sunday making a quick trip to Hannaford for the essentials. As I made my way around the store, I tried to think of something each and everyone would like to have with dinner. I settled on marinated steak, mixed veggies, a shrimp cocktail, and a yummy salad.
After grabbing everything I needed to make our fun little Valentine s dinner, I headed for home. As I brought in the groceries, I put a pot of water on the stove and started to boil eggs as they are something we love to top our salads with. About halfway through putting the remaining groceries away, my husband Stephen realized we forgot dog food and decided to run back to the store to grab some.
