By: Times News Service Muscat: The Royal Oman Police( ROP) is making continuous efforts to limit the spread of COVID-19 in Dhofar Governorate. Major Tariq bin Awad Al-Shanfari of the Public Relations Department of the Royal Oman Police said in a statement to Oman News Agency: The police are within the framework of implementing the decisions of the Supreme Committee to deal with COVID-19 which is represented in extending the closure of commercial activities and preventing movement at night in the Dhofar Governorate from 6 pm  until  It is 5 am, as the police will continue their measures, through which they seek to contribute to controlling the spread of the virus.

Covid-19: More than 50 patients admitted in ICU in Salalah By: Times News Service Muscat: The number of Covid-19 patients in the intensive care unit at Sultan Qaboos Hospital in Salalah has exceeded 50 patients, a percentage of whom were on full ventilators. Dr. Nasser bin Amer Al Awed - Sultan Qaboos Hospital, Salalah said: The number of hospitalized patients in intensive care is increasing, and today it has reached 111 patients and 54 cases in intensive care.   10 to 15 cases are on full ventilators, and these cases have a high probability of death, and a number of them died and other cases were inserted in their place.
