GALION Galion Intermediate School fifth grade student Bella Alberty has been named to the American Automobile Association (AAA) Safety Patrol Hall of Fame for the 2020-2021 school year.
Safety Patrol Advisor Adam Lehman, who is also the media specialist at the Intermediate school first learned of the Hall of Fame after finding AAA brochures from years prior.

RED LODGE â While the ski season did get off to a bit of a rough start, the ski areas of Red Lodge Mountain and Showdown Montana received 30 plus inches of new snow in a series of storms last week, and that has staff at each resort excited for the rest of the season.
âWe just did not get that early season snow that all ski areas hope for, which is too bad, but we got some over Christmas. Then these last storms over the last few weeks have really helped. So weâre excited and the skiing has been awesome, said Avery Patrick, marketing director for Showdown on Thursday.

One of Montanaâs most popular skiing destinations is under new ownership - but donât expect drastic changes under the new person in charge.
âWeâve been doing this for 48 years and itâs kind of a labor of love so you hate to just pass it off to some bozo who could care less just trying to make some money,â said former owner and now Showdown Montana consultant George Willett.
Willett says selling to a family member wasnât always the plan, but it was the best option.
