joe: haven t seen someone smile like you and talking about the job. you are in the auditing department. you didn t know anything about it. there s a lot of intelligence and responsibility with your job. i came straight out of high school. insurance is big and you learn through experience and i don t expect anyone to understand terms like there is competition and budget terms like that. it took a lot of time to understand the apprenticeship route, you learn from active professionals. the experience is not just from a professor but someone who isn t currently working, i can become professional as well. joe: not to disparage traditional college but getting your hands duty and doing the job is the most important part. in my own education i didn t have that. back to you on welding.
