Florida sees modest surf; Caribbean keeps swell run going through weekend
This spring’s been a rollercoaster ride on the East Coast. Not death-defying 300-foot climbs and 70-mph drops, more like a rolling series of ups and downs. Apart from Florida, the East Coast saw below-average surf and above-average weather in March, before kicking off April with one of the coldest shots of air we’ve seen this year. Then, last weekend saw widespread 70-degree highs, along with decent waves in many zones. And now, the East Coast has more waves lining up through the coming weekend, along with another weather shift chilly to mild temps and rainy, overcast conditions.
