The South Jersey Transportation Authority and a California-based real estate company have reached an agreement to redevelop about 400 acres of the Atlantic City International Airport property.
The Atlantic County Board of Commissioners is expected to introduce a $2.38 million bond ordinance at its meeting Tuesday to fund the second building at the National Aerospace Research and Technology Park in Egg Harbor Township.
