AUBURN — Local police agencies arrested 17 people from Jan. 19-25, according to DeKalb County Jail records. Michael McMahon, 62, of the 700 block of North Main Street, Auburn, was arrested Jan. 18 at 6:48 p.m. by the Auburn Police Department on charges of operating a vehicle while intoxicated as a Class A and Class C misdemeanor. Donald Johnston, 35, of the 2000 block of U.S. 6, Waterloo, was arrested Jan. 18 at 6:48 p.m. by the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office on a DeKalb County warrant alleging failure to appear in court on a body attachment. Diane Sumner, 64, of the 1000 block of Ontario Lane, Auburn, was arrested Jan. 18 at 10:15 p.m. by the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office on a DeKalb County warrant alleging failure to appear in court on a charge of driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor.
