Iran Cannot Abstain from Expressing Its Position on Artsakh Issue: RA NA President On February 18, the President of the RA National Assembly Ararat Mirzoyan received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Islamic Republic of Iran (IRI) Abbas Badakhshan Zohouri.
