An abrupt start to the arraignment had Court Officers rushing into the holding area. According to sources, the suspect briefly became uncooperative. Assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Reporter that is 18yearold Frantz Polynice of brockton, pleading not guilty to murdering his mother, inside the familys home in brockton yesterday afternoon. The report defendants mother, had been stabbed multiple times above about the face, neck, and torso area. By this defendant, mr. Polynice, her 18yearold son.
