Where you dont have to have a background check for purchasing a weapon at a gun show. In massachusetts, all of new england, youve got to have background checks. In connecticut, youve got to be practically licensed to buy ammunition. Psychiatric evaluations is a simple solution to make your medical records public information. Then you can go and the people who do the background checks i had to go through this with the Police Department here. They look at your records and they see whether you have had any instances where you would be suspect to owning a gun. Governmentw why the has not done this a long time ago.
