Congress has approved an additional 34 million for the tsa to convert some parttime staff into fulltime staff. The tsa is looking for an additional 24 million to be approved to convert another 2700 employees the meantime, as this wont even be proofed until the middle of june, people are stuck between the convergence of increased volume, decreased staff, and the proliferation of wheeled hand carts people are carrying because they dont want to pay the baggage fees.
