If i wanted to have a brownie, and i wanted to sit down and actually calculate how many real carbs are in there, and how if its white, sugar, brown, sugar, or oats, or whole grain, whatever. You want to calculate all of that accurately based on grams and glycemic index, and how its working in my body.
