Williams was married to real estate broker Aryn Drake-Lee for five years.
They have daughter Sadie, six, and son Maceo, five, together, but in April 2017, he filed for divorce.
The Grey s Anatomy star originally wanted sole physical custody of their children, but they were granted joint custody in March 2018.
Their divorce was officially finalised in October 2020, three years after the couple broke up.
