Dover Lifetime Learning offers course on ‘American Short Story’ Common Content   Editor’s Note: The following was submitted the Friends of the Dover Council on Aging.             The Friends of the Dover Council on Aging with support of the Dover Council on Aging are sponsoring the following four-part Lifetime Learning series:             The American Short Story 1960 - Present             Mondays 1:30-3 p.m.             March 1, 8, 15, 22.
