When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? and fans have, seemingly, been getting impatient. Last week, she finally announced its followup,
Happier Than Ever, would be arriving this summer, and it promptly shot to the top of the Apple Music Pre-Add Chart.
During the week of April 23 through April 29th,
Happier Than Ever, which drops July 30th, pulled in more pre-adds than any other album on the platform. Pre-adds allow listeners to queue up an album to be added to their library when it’s released, offering a good indication of the albums that fans are most excited for. It’s a good sign that it’s leading the pre-add chart, where previous RS 200 toppers like Rod Wave and Moneybagg Yohave also led.
Lil Tjay scored his first top 10 on the RS 200 in late 2019 with
True 2 Myself, which debuted at Number Five. Now, he seems to be gearing up to do it again with
Destined 2 Win, which was released April 2nd. Last week,
Destined 2 Win was the most pre-added album on Apple music, offering a good indication of a big debut week.
K-pop girl group NiziU see the biggest debut of the week with
T O R, due May 21st, debuts at Number Three on the Chart, followed by
Big Grim Reaper, the upcoming mixtape from Memphis rapper Big Scarr. Other notable debuts include Rag’n’Bone Man’s

Clouds released on Friday surpasses Taylor Swift’s
Fearless (Taylor’s Version) on the weekly Apple Music Pre-Add Chart, with more pre-adds than any other album during the week of February 19th to February 25th.
