Parti Warisan Sabah (Warisan) President Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal’s failure to resolve the squatter problem in the Bangau-Bangau Village settlement is disappointing, said Bersatu Semporna Chief Nixon Abdul Habi.
Nixon said the settlement was affected by a fire incident in 2015, but to this day the residents have not been successfully resettled to new homes.
“Until now, the fire victims live in dirty squatter areas near the Kg Bangau-Bangau settlement and it is very sad,” he said in a statement
