Bicyclist flown for treatment after collision with SUV Tuesday evening Staff Report LANCASTER - One man was critically injured after he was struck by a vehicle while riding his bicycle on East Main Street on Tuesday, authorities confirm. A crash report, obtained from the Lancaster Police Department, describes the incident. Around 8:30 p.m., Mary Frank, 51, of Rushville, was driving west in the area of the 1600 block of E Main Street when Anthony Agresta, 36, residence unknown, reportedly rode his bike in front of her SUV. Lancaster Fire Capt. Slade Schultz said Agresta was significantly injured from the impact, and was flown to Grant Medical Center in Columbus for treatment. His status is unknown at this time.
