MDW chief operating officer Angelo David Berba said the MDW currently is supplying the city with 41 million liters/day (MLD) of water which is not enough to serve its clients. "Unfortunately, we have a demand gap of 18 MLD, equivalent to 18,000 households," Berba said in a press briefing.
