Man arrested for fatal September shooting in Roxbury Charlie McKenna
A 22-year-old Jamaica Plain man is facing a murder charge in a fatal shooting in September in Boston, police said.
Andy Febres was arrested Wednesday in Revere by the Boston Police Fugitive Unit on an outstanding warrant for accessory after the fact of murder in Roxbury District Court, police said in a statement.
Febres is also facing charges of murder and assault to murder, according to Boston Municipal Court records.
He was arraigned Thursday in the Roxbury Division of Boston Municipal Court. A not guilty plea was entered on his behalf to all charges, and he was ordered held, according to court records.

Boston Police report arresting Andy Febres, 22, of Jamaica Plain, yesterday on a charge of being an accessory after the fact for murder for a triple shooting on Hammond Street in Roxbury on Sept. 18 that left Dennis Mejia of Canton dead.
Febres, arrested in Revere, is the first person charged in connection with the case; nobody has yet been charged with Mejia s murder.
