So theres a proposal to build a park that they have talked about putting retention feemps underneath and what i understand why cant they lower the entire parking lot and make it a very simple even if only needed to be for the 15 years its going to take to do the big project if they could make a big depressed area there thats not covered. Of course it costs a lot of money to cover it. Couldnt we pick a bunch of parking lots and lower the level . I have driven down to the buildings during rainstorms at three in the morning and the parking lot is safe and dry and my building is under water.
