Northside KettleHouse building up for sale: Asking price $2 million

Northside KettleHouse building up for sale: Asking price $2 million KettleHouse Brewing Company Facebook page and last updated 2021-05-26 19:38:23-04 MISSOULA — An iconic Northside property hit the real estate market this week, and those behind the sale hope the future occupant fits well into the historic railroad district. The building last occupied by KettleHouse Brewing is listed with Engel & Volkers Western Frontier for the asking price of $2 million. The property hit the market on Monday. “The sellers are in no rush,” said broker Andrew Squires. “They want to see it sold to people who will benefit the neighborhood too.” One year later, the building is up for sale and so far, interest has been mainly local.

The Old KettleHouse Building in Missoula is for Sale

The Old KettleHouse Building in Missoula is for Sale This is a sad truth to admit - but I never enjoyed a beverage at KettleHouse Brewing s northside location before they closed earlier this year. I know, I know...I kind of dropped the ball on that one. I thought it was one of the cooler buildings when I moved to Missoula and I loved how you were able to drive right underneath it. I briefly went inside once when a friend was in town but we were in search of a meal. Since they didn t serve food, we left and I swore I would return one day. Many around Missoula were bummed to see the news when KettleHouse announced they would be closing the taproom because of effects from the pandemic. Most were probably saddened by the news because they loved the place. For me, it was because I didn t even get to check it out.

Noosa ready to play live again for three-day festival

This will be followed by Spanish-themed food, wine and dance on Friday night. Mr Squires said Reignite was a mini-festival program which this year served as a precursor to the annual 10-day Noosa alive! festival scheduled for July 15 – 24. “After the challenges and restrictions of COVID over the past year and the cancelling of events, it is genuinely exciting to again be presenting a program of live performances here on the Sunshine Coast,” Mr Squires said. He said the literary highlight of the festival was Friday’s sold-out Noosa Boathouse dinner and conversation night with Boy Swallows Universe author Trent Dalton.

Nation's best writing talents to bring Noosa alive

Noosa Alive! president Andrew Squires said the event s other milestone would be the triumphant return of event veteran festival director Ian McKellar after a brief stint away from the limelight. Now in its 20th year, Mr Squires said the festival s two decade run was impressive for a regional event. He paid tribute to Mr Williamson and his wife Kristen for helping pioneer the regional tour de forces of the arts. Mr Williamson will this year be feted for his 50 years in the playwrighting business. He was last July set to retire following his final play Crunch Time when COVID-19 ruined his last curtain call.
