KAMC News reports that the suspect, 35-year-old Andrew Juaquez, had met with a woman on the internet using a service called Skout. It s said that the woman was occasionally kicked off the service for having sexually explicit conversations about children. Juaquez is said to have exchanged sexually graphic images with the woman while chatting with her, and at one point, the woman mentioned an 11-year-old family member. Juaquez allegedly expressed an interest in sexually abusing the girl.
