Metro Nashville police arrested Bradford, 27, Wednesday.
Webber was shot and killed near Fisk University and the Andrew Jackson Courts apartments on Dec. 2, 2020.
North Precinct officers were nearby when they heard the shots fired and found Webber inside a black Mercedes, which crashed into a building. The car was riddled with bullet holes.
The investigation shows that a gunman fired into Webber s car after he drove into an alley, police said. He then put the car into reverse and fired back.
Webber was shot multiple times and police said they attempted to treat him at the scene. Witnesses at the scene said they heard at least six shots fired.
