Andrei Lukyanovich is in charge of Belarus- Russia air force drills. He noted: “Today we have used attack aircraft, reconnaissance aircraft, fighter-bombers, special aircraft, as well as military helicopters. This part of the flight exercise showed that we are able to fight at all altitudes and speeds.”
The key purpose of the exercise is to improve operational compatibility of Belarusian and Russian aerial units. They will have to carry out a broad range of combat training tasks.
