KINGSTON The city should be better preparing for the economic fallout of the COVID-19 pandemic, and a west-end city councillor said this week’s 2021 budget deliberations are a good place to start.
Council is to meet for three nights starting Tuesday to discuss this year’s budget, a discussion that has been delayed for about two months because of the pandemic.
