Varanasi, April 28 (Scoop News)-Lieutenant Governor Shri Manoj Sinha addressed the National Seminar on “National Education Policy-2020: Exploring the Prospects” at Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith, Varanasi, today.
