you can probably find lawmakers on both sides of the aisle who will tell you it was a good week for the united states on the world stage. consider some of these images. this one, president trump coming, welcoming home three americans just freed by north korea. or this of secretaries of state mike pompeo meeting yet again with kim jong-un ahead of the trump/kim summit set for june. or this, of the president withdrawing the u.s. from the iran nuclear deal, which every republican and four senators voted against back in 201. or this, of a make israel great again sign in tel aviv ahead of the opening of the u.s. embassy in jerusalem tomorrow. so let s talk a little bit about this significant of all this. because earlier in the show, john hudson, we were focused more on, quite frankly, what has been a distraction from all of these changes on the world stage. all of the white house, john mccain, michael cohen, other
minister benjamin netanyahu, and i also saw just a few seats down gop mega donor shelton addle son who as we know very much wanted this to happen. can the united states still be an honest broker in terms of helping seek peace in the middle east after this? i mean, they have clearly shown israel is a priority for them. benjamin netanyahu has a very good relationship with the president. has had a relationship with the kushner family for years and years. he used to stay in their home in livingston, new jersey, i want to say in jared s childhood bedroom. well, this administration certainly has lost any credibility as a potential honest broker. many american administrations have been pronounced, had a pronounced pro-israel slant. many candidates in the past have said during an election campaign they would like to see the american embassy in jerusalem. the trump administration has gone much further than anybody
senator lindsey graham, pastor john hagy and others to discuss the new embassy in the complex on the ground. first, my opening statement. we do join you tonight during a truly historic moment in israel s history. one that calls for great celebration. this week, not only has president donald trump chosen to withdraw from the disastrous obama iran nuclear deal, we are here on the eve of the momentous opening of the american embassy in jerusalem. a move that recognizes jerusalem as the capital of israel. i move greatly appreciated by the people of israel as evidenced on street corners everywhere we went.

jeanine: welcome back to justice. i cannot come all the way to israel and not talk with the wonderful people here. so i hit the streets to ask about the new embassy and donald trump. take a look at street justice in jerusalem. here i am in jerusalem, on the street doing street justice in trying to find out what israelis think of the american embassy finally opening in jerusalem. how do you feel about the embassy opening? really exciting. i think he s a man of his word and were proud of him in this moment. to think it will cause more danger in jerusalem? is this tina for some kind of terrorism? i feel safer in israel with israel is protecting us than anywhere.
