An agreement has been reached over West Alton Marina's real estate assets as a lawsuit accusing a former manager of grooming minors for sexual activity continues.
Attorneys for the West Alton Marina are arguing that the identities of some of the people alleging they were sexually assaulted when they worked there as minors should be revealed.
