Oracle Financial Services Software Limited announced that the ESOP Allotment Committee of the company, at its meeting held today, has allotted 2,381 equity shares of face value of Rs 5 each to the eligible employees of the company via an exchange filing.
The issue is for employees who have exercised their stock options under the Employee Stock Option Scheme 2011 and OFSS Stock Plan 2014.
The Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of LKP Securities Ltd have approved and allotted 29,94,011 Equity Shares of a face value of ₹ 2/- each fully paid up, to LKP Finance Limited, pursuant to conversion of 29,94,011 Warrants.
The Authorization and Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Issuer at its meeting held on February 22, 2023 approved the allotment of 10,000 NCDs aggregating to Rs. 100 crores.
