ROBERT NICHOLAS HULL, 62, of 519 Garfield Ave. in Alliance, was arrested at 5:15 p.m. Dec. 14, 2020, in the 2700 block of West State Street in Alliance. Hull was arrested after a retail store alleged he selected and concealed various clothing and food items while purchasing others. Police reported that Hull passed all points of sale without rendering payment, and that store security reported to police that just before officers arrived, Hull had removed items from his person and threw them on the floor, in an attempt to prevent being found with the items. Police reported that Hull possessed five Oxycodone Hydrochloride 15mg, a Schedule II controlled substance, for which he was not prescribed. The report said Hull also possessed 17 Acetaminophen and Oxycodone Hydrochloride 325mg/5mg, a Schedule II controlled substance, for which he is not prescribed.
