Carlisle Events announces dates for new auto flea market: Here’s when you can book vendor spaces

Spring Carlisle opened the car show season with an automotive flea market, car corral, and collector car auction at the Carlisle Fairgrounds, April 26, 2019. The event hosts over 100,000 collector and classic automotive enthusiasts and runs through April 28.

Carlisle Events has announced a new auto expo, though it will be a bit of a wait for those eager to participate.
The Carlisle Winter Auto Expo will launch early next year, with dates scheduled for Jan. 28 and 29 of 2022. The move comes following the success of the previous Auto Mania event held in January, and discussion with vendors and guests, according to a press release.

The scene inside the Allentown Fairgrounds Agri-Plex these days may be a little less colorful and relaxed than exactly one year ago, but there’s still that sense of hope that better days are around the corner.

An Allentown police officer faces charges for allegedly pulling out a gun during a Berks County incident while he was off-duty. Police say on February 4th, officer Jordan Smith was waiting to pick up his kids after school from their mother s house in Maidencreek Township. A man who lives in that house reportedly saw Smith throwing snowballs and their vehicles and told him he wasn t welcome before grabbing a metal boom stand after smith ran inside the couple s home. After a struggle, Smith allegedly pulled out his work-issued handgun and threatened to shoot the man. Smith is currently suspended and faces several charges.
