Today is February 27, 2024 and Belleville City Council is deliberating a motion proposed by Mayor Neil Ellis to raise property taxes to refurbish the former Banquet Centre at 1 Alhambra Square to accommodate the Bridge Integrated Care Centre (The Bridge hub).
