Prosecutors on Friday approved first-degree murder charges against the 36-year-old man who on Wednesday was charged with hiding the bodies of an Algonquin man and woman in a U-Haul truck.
An arrest warrant has been issued for a 36-year-old man who was allegedly connected to the deaths of two Algonquin residents who were found dead Wednesday.
Maxim Parnov, who police had been searching for in connection with two Algonquin residents found dead this week, was arrested in Wisconsin on Thursday morning, police said.
