Two innocent people were killed, and one was wounded in a shooting spree in five different areas in Los Angeles on Tuesday.
The suspect was killed after long hours of pursuit that ended on the 91 Freeway in Orange County, ABC 7 reported.

Lt. Raul Jovel from the Los Angeles Police Department said their officers received a call at around 12:55 a.m., reporting that a man was shot on Figueroa Street and Exposition Boulevard.
The said victim sustained a graze wound on his head, and the vehicle he was riding was reported to receive a barrage of bullets, Fox 11 reported. Although wounded, Jovel noted that the victim was able to provide them descriptions about the suspect s vehicle. The victim was transported to a local hospital.

A gunman who went on a shooting rampage in Los Angeles on Tuesday killing two people and wounding two others had an arsenal of weapons at his home and possessed a legally purchased AR-15 semiautomatic rifle, law enforcement sources told The Times as more details about the incident emerged.
The gunman, who was fatally shot by police after a standoff on the 91 Freeway in Fullerton, was identified by the Los Angeles Police Department as Carlos Lopez, 49.
On Tuesday, LAPD officials had said they recovered a handgun they believed was used in all the shootings. Police were investigating whether the weapons found in the gunman’s home were legal, according to two sources with knowledge of the investigation.
Zhu was on his way to pick up a rider, Uber said in a statement that called the early morning shootings senseless and heartbreaking.
“He was a hard-working, gentle, kind, deeply loving father and very dedicated husband,” a family spokeswoman said. “The family is really at a total loss.”
Zhu is survived by his wife and two children, ages 2 and 8.

Alexis Carbajal was enjoying a beverage with his wife at the coffee shop near Figueroa when he was fatally shot in the first of the spate of overnight shootings. His family on a GuFundMe page dedicated to collecting money for his funeral services described the 24-year-old as “a gentle soul who always put others before himself.”
