Ambassadors of the 17 different European Union (E.U.) member states in Qatar were recently briefed on the state of Qatarâs economy as well as the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic at a talk by Dr. Alexis Antoniades, Associate Professor and Director of International Economics at Georgetown University in Qatar (GU-Q), a Qatar Foundation-partner institution.
