Lithuanian citizen beaten in Minsk turns to police in Vilnius over regime violence

Maria Matusevich, a Lithuanian citizen of Belarusian descent, has turned to the Lithuanian Criminal Police Bureau after being beaten by the Belarusian security forces in Minsk.
