Dentons has advised Standard Chartered Bank, Dubai Islamic Bank, Emirates NBD Capital, Mashreqbank and Sharjah Islamic Bank as Joint Lead Managers on the debut issuance of $300 million Trust Certificates by Sobha Sukuk Limited.
Dentons, one of the world s largest law firms, said it has played a major advisory role in helping Sharjah property developer Arada on its second tap issuance of $50 million sukuk. It was listed on London Stock Exchange’s international securities market.
