There were several close games in the Twins farm system on Tuesday, including an extra-innings win, as quality pitching led the way. One top prospect continued his rehab assignment in the FCL, while the other one got the day off. A top-performing pitcher so far in 2024 also made his debut at a ne.
Monday brought great news for top prospects with both Brooks Lee and Walker Jenkins returning to action. There were more than a few impressive performances last week, but it was the team results for the Cedar Rapids Kernels that paced the Minnesota Twins farm system. A perfect 6-0 was the opposit.
In general, it was a pretty disappointing day in the Twins organization, especially on offense. However, a couple of Kernels really put up some great at-bats on Saturday. And a lefty starter continues to be incredibly intriguing. There were some transactions to go with reports from six games. Fin.
