Milwaukee Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of $28,000 for information leading to an arrest in the killing of a transgender Black woman who was found dead two weeks ago.
Milwaukee leaders hope to gain information that may lead to finding the person or persons who killed Brazil Johnson, a young Black transgender woman who was murdered near Teutonia and North Avenue.
