Bernard jenkin, who was on the board of the official leave campaign, said Civil Servants deserved an unambiguous and united direction from ministers, singling out the chancellor Philip Hammond for criticism. It comes as senior ministers prepare to meet over two days this week, to try to agree what sort of trade deal theyll seek with the eu.
